I feel blessed to have been introduced to Self Rise wellness workshops. I chose to take part in Friday group sessions for a year. The guidance my instructor provided to me, and the other women were truly empowering. She has an incredible ability to lead a group. She also knows how to listen and provide tools for self-healing.
